Tactics and Air Combat Development Establishment or TACDE is an Indian Air Force unit for training aerial combat to its top one percent fighter pilots.
TACDE is based in Gwalior and uses the Mirage 2000, Su-20MKI and MiG-29 today.

Patch dates back to the MiG-21 era.

It is in excellent condition and a really rare item!!
